At Brands For Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
